The purpose of this curriculum is to structure the English language course Foreign Language:General Notions and Specialized Terminology, year III in accordance with the Reference Framework of the national university curriculum. It reflects the general framework for teaching the subject and assessing knowledge. The curriculum is based on standard competencies that reflect a systematic character and is determined by a series of social, political, economic, legal and cultural factors on which are focused the conception of the discipline, general objectives, reference objectives, didactic technological strategies. and the criteria for evaluating the students' performance.

               The curriculum presents a regulatory document for teachers and students.

English at higher education is a tool to approach and capitalize on a better level of culture, civilization and training in full correlation with the needs of the internal and external labor market to saturate with highly qualified specialists.

               The course aims to build general training skills and abilities as well as the integration of students in an international community. It includes three behavioral levels on which training is based: knowledge, application and integration.

              The discipline is intended for the study by students of terminology in the field of International Relations and Economics.

              This curriculum includes questions related to communication, English grammar, specialized terminology and the civilization of English-speaking countries.
